CONCRETE PUMP

Easy Mix consists of a ploughshare mixer that homogenizes and doses DRY-stone components and a “secondary” double screw mixer where water is added.

Easy Mix capacity is made flexible thanks to a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) so that it can work widely from 30 t.p.m. (tiles per minute) to 130 t.p.m. The colored pigments can be added in both mixing phases, obtaining homogeneous or blended coloring with ease.

CONCRETE MIXER

A concrete mixer (also commonly called a cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A typical concrete mixer uses a revolving drum to mix the components.

For smaller volume works portable concrete mixers are often used so that the concrete can be made at the construction site, giving the workers ample time to use the concrete before it hardens. An alternative to a machine is mixing concrete by hand.
