Easy Mix, with an installed power of 35 kW, has the same productive capacity as a 1500 lts. planetary mixer with an installed power of 50 kW, therefore using less than 52% energy for each tile produced.
Easy Mix consists of a ploughshare mixer that homogenizes and doses DRY-stone components and a “secondary” double screw mixer where water is added.
Easy Mix capacity is made flexible thanks to a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) so that it can work widely from 30 t.p.m. (tiles per minute) to 130 t.p.m. The colored pigments can be added in both mixing phases, obtaining homogeneous or blended coloring with ease.

The Easy Mix concept is based on reduced cost of maintenance, cleaning and transport, benefiting also from easy installation. A concrete pump is a machine to move liquid concrete by using a pump. The pump uses piston pumps to move the concrete.
